The Hollyfield Foundation accepts donations from individuals and businesses.

It can be difficult to decide which GLBT charity in Houston to support because there are a number of charities in Texas which do great work for the GLBT community and the HIV/AIDS community. The Hollyfield Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation, which accepts donations from individuals, businesses, in addition to bequests. The Foundation uses this money to support large and small charities, with a focus on AIDS charities, HIV charities and GLBT charities in Houston and throughout Texas.

Many GLBT charities which are funded by the Hollyfield Foundation do important work but lack full-time fundraising teams, so it is difficult for these charities to actively seek donations from individuals. A donation to the Hollyfield Foundation helps spread your charitable donation among many 501(c)(3) organizations for a greater impact. A grant process ensures that organizations have concrete plans before receiving grants from the Foundation, and every grant recipient is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Donations to the Hollyfield Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. The Hollyfield Foundation will honor the privacy requests of all donors if desired.Hollyfield Foundation accepts bequests in wills, if you elect to have your estate or portion of your estate bequeathed to the Foundation. Estate planning may include adding the foundation as a beneficiary of your retirement accounts, investments, cash, stock or other assets.
